Holiday Inn Vancouver-Centre (Broadway) by IHG

I love this place. We are here for the week visiting family and we’ve been so comfortable. The room is perfect and the house keeping service is awesome. The folks at the front desk are always helpful. The restaurant is as good as it needs to be, nothing awesome but totally adequate and worth the price. I would definitely come back here.

This hotel was absolutely amazing to us! We were there for my mother’s knee replacement at VGH but I broke my leg in the airport on the way to the hotel. My (low mobility) mother had to arrive alone by cab but was greeted and helped in any way she needed. Upon my arrival the next day from hospital the hotel happily supplied us with our every ask including a raised toilet seat and shower chair. Most hotels don’t carry these things. The food from the restaurant was great and came promptly through room service. All the staff were pleasant and happy to accommodate all things. We were very thankful for the hotel and staff!

I always get the BEST service. From checkin to room service, the staff are happy, kind and helpful. Rooms are solid, Breakfast is fantastic and parking is safe. They are centrally located and have room for business meetings in the restaurant. Rates are very reasonable. The view is great!

I had a wonderful stay there. The whole team of front desk is helpful and they have adapters to borrow for guests. The room has a nice view and nearby there are supermarkets like london drg, wholefood and restaurants. The shower gel and hand wash are dove which are great. Fair price for a nice stay.

first time staying as my family lives a block away. I found the room was clean, but does need an update. rooms on the west side seems to be quieter than east side. will return again next year.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Vancouver. The hotel itself was excellent — quick and friendly service, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was the restaurant. I ordered pancakes for breakfast, which were supposed to come with strawberries and whipped cream. The strawberries were fresh and tasty, but the whipped cream was missing. Without me asking, the server noticed and came out with a can of whipped cream from the kitchen, shook it, and sprayed it directly onto my pancakes at the table. It was a bit odd and felt unprofessional for a hotel restaurant. In addition, every time we ate there, we felt like the server was trying to rush us out, which made the dining experience less enjoyable. Overall, the hotel stay itself was wonderful, but the restaurant service left something to be desired.

Stayed here with my kids and sister to run a race that started in Olympic village. The location was perfect. It is also close to many eateries on Broadway.. and close to Granville Island for exploration as well did the day after the race. There is a decent pool and also EV charging. Would stay again.

Best choice for those attending Vancouver General Hospital or the Cancer clinic. Though exterior and lobby look a bit tired, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and functional. The restaurant looks a bit sketchy though we did not find there. Cactus Club is one block away for a decent and reliable meal. Pool and exercise room onsite along with a business centre This is a more than adequate and relaxed place to stay. A bit of caution in the area as there are some bad actors in the vicinity of the hotel. Note to management: Mattress reaching end of useful life in 812.
